International orders ship via DHL Express Worldwide. Shipping rates will be shown at checkout based on your order and address.
Some of our collections are offered pre-order - instead of guessing as to what colors, sizes and styles to produce, we will be making each dress for you. This allows us to eliminate waste, operate more sustainably and be connected with the sewers making our styles who do beautiful work.
As a maker, I think there is much value in making something well and being able to pay people for this skill. Plus, making a piece for a specific person, versus making a dress we hope will go to a new home, feels more intentional.
Pre-order items require 100% deposit to reserve your item. With this approach there comes a wait, the ship date is noted on the product detail page and the order confirmation email, and may be subject to change. Thank you for your patience while we move at a human pace.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Some orders may experience customs delays.
Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders are Final Sale.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES.
Sale items are final sale. We will happily refund or exchange an item purchased at full price within 10 days of receipt, provided a return authorization has been granted. Return items must be in their original condition–unworn, unaltered, and unwashed–with tags in place. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item.
To arrange for a return of an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the following:
- The order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for your request
Once reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization number and shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment; this may take up to 7 business days.
